Slightly tongue -in-cheek, but more gravely, there are lifestyle risks in watching television all weekend, or every evening.
Sitting is the new stroke - so they say. But let's explore this.
- not everyone is disposed to having a stroke
- not everyone lives on processed/junk foods with those bad fats and too much salt
- not everyone has a sedentary job
- not everyone hates exercise
You get my drift. We binge-watchers know we're connected to a good thing right? And while we may not be in the above mentioned categories -- with enough steady television viewing we could get there fast!
Am I kidding? Not entirely. But while reviewing and discussing some of the great and long-popular American, British, European, science fiction and crime thriller productions, I am going to throw in some lifestyle tips to keep you viewing for decades!
I am a retired personal trainer so I have some good ideas! I may even throw in some diet tips for good snack foods! I keep it all the fun it is!
